COVID-19 Health & Safety

We care about our clients and are committed to providing a safe work environment for you and your team. Know that you will be entering a clean space. LED Studios employs a comprehensive risk management model that complies with CDC re-opening guidance, as well as VA State. You can be confident COVID-19 prevention hygiene is a priority.

PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

Please limit your team to essential crew only, ask crew and vendors to self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms, and require any sick personnel to remain home.  Please make sure you have necessary PPE (masks/face coverings, gloves, and face shields as required). 

UPON ARRIVAL

Upon entry all guests will have their temperature checked with a thermal temperature scanner. At the reception, you will be signed in to complete our fast check-in process. Please limit your team to essential crew/guests only, ask crew and guests to self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms, and require any sick personnel to remain home. 

AT THE STUDIO
Hand sanitizers are stationed at our entrance for immediate access and available throughout the space. Masks are mandatory in public spaces. To any person not having PPE, masks and gloves will be available at the front desk upon request.

ADDITIONAL STEPS WE ARE TAKING
Temperature checks on staff will be completed daily upon arrival. Any staff member exhibiting a fever, as defined by CDC guidelines, will not be allowed entry to the studio.

LED Studios staff will be kept to a minimum and remain proactive in routinely cleaning surfaces and equipment throughout the day. All equipment on the premises is sanitized prior to use. Any surface in contact with clients is regularly disinfected.

Any outside vendors we use are required to practice all safety procedures, and additional cleaning will be maintained at all times. As an additional precautionary, any equipment from our vendors will be sanitized prior to entering the studio.
